Why do we like this?

I'm used to 123Mrk having a slightly more uptempo sound, so this track featuring Martin Mey has totally caught me off -- in a good way.

For a first-time listener, you'll no doubt draw an obvious parallel to the likes of James Blake, for which I can't blame you. That said, this one deserves all the merit it can get on its own; there's something thoroughly captivating about it.
