Why do we like this?
Former Unklejam member Tyson has embarked on a solo career, and although we haven't heard much of his original music we can certainly praise him on his choice of remixer. He recently invited Kidnap Kid behind the mixing desk on his new single "Die on the Dancefloor."
This is the first time we've really heard Kidnap Kid use vocals - although all of his tracks have included sampled vocals, this is the first song 'with words' - and it's something Kidnap Kid does well, "swerving away from his usual latter day bass for a lurch towards a swagging-hip-hop type vibe."
