Why do we like this?

Excited to announce that Tree is premiering his "audio / visual experience" Saturday night at the Kuumbwa Jazz Club in Santa Cruz.

To celebrate, we're sharing "People" off of Tree's Splitting Branches release, an older track that features Shelf Nunny and Lena Kuhn. "People," much like Tree, has a wide focus, integrating aspects of indie pop, hip-hop, and experimental dance music into what's quickly become a unique style.

FYI: Saturday will be Shelf Nunny's debut live solo performance. Also, as Tree told me last week, Aeropsia will be playing drums on MPC and scratching vinyl as part of Tree's live band. Best part—Tree plans on debuting a ton of new material at the show.
