In October last year, we put together a special Sunday Night Chill to celebrate the release of the mobile game Duet. This game featured a brilliant soundtrack created by the brilliant musical brain of Melbourne artist Tim Shiel (a Gotye collaborator and incredible artist in his own right). The game has been a huge success, briefly charting as the #1 app in Australia and #2 in the US (and also top ten in around 30 countries worldwide), and the game's music was a big part of this.
Now, the soundtrack has been remixed in full, with Shiel joining forces with a bunch of musical talents to give every track a fresh new look, cleverly named Duet Duets. While we can only bring you one of the remixes, his collaboration with fellow Melbournite Lower Spectrum, the whole album is a brilliant piece of work, and is a Name Your Price download on Shiel's Bandcamp.
