Thievery Corporation's new single "Depth Of My Soul" is as smooth as butter.
The duo Rob Garza and Eric Hilton are gearing up to release their new album Saudade, and today marks our first listen to the song.
Featuring the vocals of Shana Halligan, "Depth Of My Soul" takes a sultry and slightly old-school approach, fitting in quite well with the band's historical approach. According to The Wall Street Journal, the rest of the album will have a more "lustrous bossa nova" sound to it. Count me as keen to hear that result.
The album is out April 1st via ESL Records.
