Why do we like this?
I just came across Norwegian Therese Aune and her single "Chameleon." This dark orchestral gem is powerful and resonating.
Drawn out violins are a constant in the background, giving the song an edgy and slightly unnerving vibe. But it's not too much; the song still has a unique beauty to it. There's drama, sorrow, twinkling joy, and a light at the end of the tunnel. This song is in and of itself a story of possibly epic proportions.
Therese Aune's album, Billowing Shadows, Flickering Light, will be out on August 6. I think it'll be a nice change of pace!
