Why do we like this?

I can't remember when I first stumbled across The Hics -- maybe 2 years ago? But I've been smitten with their sound ever since.

Comprised of musicians from various musical backgrounds, the London-based, electronic soul group create rich, magical tapestries of intricately layered acoustic and electronic sound.

Lush vocals and haunting backing vocals laced with raw emotion, clashing, stumbling harmonies, and dynamic, feathered percussion create a wonderful, full bodied track called "Tangle," which is the lead single from their one and only EP of the same name. 

After what has seemed like a lifetime, the group have also re-appeared on Gratitude by Little Simz.
