Why do we like this?

The Aikiu's "Pieces of Gold" blew my heart and mind wide open, bringing joy and sunshine to what was otherwise a droll day at the office. I am new to the Aikiu party, but from what I've read it is the brainchild of lead vocalist Alex Aikiu, who has teamed up with Julien Vichnievsky (keyboards) and Barnabé Nuytten (bass) to storm my soul's castle with their French pop ways.
