I haven't put a Sunday Night Chill playlist together in a while, and I'm excited to get back into it. The autumn months have been busy, and while I enjoy being social, I'm looking forward to some "me" time over the coming weeks as we get into winter. It's nearly the holidays, and you know you'll be spending hours upon hours with family and friends. So here's some homework for you: today, tonight, this week, whenever -- take some time to focus inward. Take a bath. Go on a walk (with your headphones and this playlist, preferably). Meditate.
