Why do we like this?

Just in time for summer, there's a new Jazz Jousters release -- "Digging Deep." In case you're not familiar with the Jazz Jousters, they're a collective of producers who put out music surrounding a jazz artist, a product of the London-based label Millennium Jazz Music.

Sun-dipped sounds, this is perfectly mellow mood music that will help you relax and enjoy the sun as it peeks out from what's proven to be quite a wet and gloomy spring. I'm digging the handsome harmonies off this John Hicks-focused album, particularly this Stay Classy track that features a nice drum-beat loop.

Millennium Jazz is focused on releasing material of various styles and genres. You can find a full list of digital downloads on Bandcamp.
