As we get set for the final episode for the popular NBC show Chuck, airing on January 27, I mournfully compile a list of some of my favorite songs from the most recent season.
We've watched Chuck (played by Zachery Levi) grow from a dorky nobody working for the "Nerd Herd," into a full blown kick-butt spy. Meanwhile, the producers of the show have given us great snippets of independent music that we could only imagine Chuck, Sarah (played by Yvonne Strahovski), and Morgan (played by Joshua Gomez) listening to in their free time.
This season has been no disappointment in the music category -- we've been exposed to some new organic, acoustic Americana from bands like Typhoon, Alameda, Blitzen Trapper, Memphis and Dad's.
