You know that rare instance when you hear a song that automatically makes you perk up in your chair? Yeah, that just happened when I heard "Dance For Revenge" by Smokey Robotic.
I was just recently introduced to Smokey Robotic with their single, "Schizophrenic DJ" which I swear I have not been able to get out of my head since I wrote that review. Now, it looks like "Dance For Revenge" will be swooping in to take its place.
This song is so goddamn fresh that you're going to feel like you just showered after listening. This is the kind of song that people will probably go buck wild over in the club. And with its breakdowns and choruses, there's something in it for everyone.
Ladies ad gents, Smokey Robotic is not a name you want to forget. These ambitious fellas are tapping into a hip-hop, electro-pop subgenre that they are presently dominating. You have been warned.
