Why do we like this?

It feels like forever since I last wrote about Finnish band Satellite Stories, though in fact it was only ~11 months ago (a relatively short timespan in the big scheme of things).

Fortunately the indie pop group are back with a brand new single, and we've got the scoop with our exclusive premiere.

"The Trap" kicks thing off with blaring brass -- a strong intro that sets the tone for an upbeat tempo and a rad transition around the 2:20 mark (and again at 2:48). The end result is an indie pop track that certainly holds up to the standards of last year's breakout "Campfire."

The song is set to appear on the band's third studio album Vagabonds, due for release on March 6th of next year.
