New act Rois has just put out their debut EP Love High. The four-track is an intro to the new collaborative project by Vincent Coleman and Nickolas Hughston.
With their combined influences of soul, experimental R&B, and electronic pop, the pair create a very pleasing debut -- Coleman’s hauntingly sensual voice weaving its way throughout Hughston’s sophisticated playground of electronic sounds.
Layered textures, atmospheric percussions, and those impeccably smooth vocal harmonies give the EP its self-proclaimed “wavvy” feel, as it takes us on an exhilarating journey through its lush electronic pastures.
