Why do we like this?

French artist Paprika Kinski isn't boxing herself in. This fashion designer/songwriter/label owner has dressed the likes of FKA Twigs and Grimes. She's been featured in magazines like I-D and Clash, and she's making quite an impact with her music. 

High time for an Indie Shuffle post.

"Steady Lover" is a little outside my area of expertise, but the first thing that came to mind was AIR. Kinski reminds me of a punk version of AIR, mixed with a little Gainsbourg- Charlotte or Serge, you pick.

"Steady Lover" is one of those tracks that makes a playlist sound especially sophisticated. So, if you need to impress your friends with your musical taste, add a little Paprika.
