Why do we like this?
As Angel Haze's #30Gold series continues to throw up more surprises, so does my crush on the talented musician. While mainly known as a rapper, she has released a number of cover tracks as part of the series, showcasing a whole new element of Haze's abilities, mainly that the girl can sing.
This acoustic version of OneRepublic's "Counting Stars" is another sensational cover from Haze, with her soulful chops giving the tune a softer vibe. To be honest, Haze's voice is so good that if her debut album Dirty Gold contained no rapping, I wouldn't be bothered.
