Why do we like this?
Who doesn't love a good Biggie mashup? Behold the recent release of Born Ready To Die, an album mashing up Lana Del Rey's instrumentals from "Born to Die" and Biggies vocals from "Ready to Die." Pretty creative if you ask me. With the plethora of artists that have remixed this song, this is probably one of my favorites.

Now, I may be a tad bit biased since I'm already pro-Lana Del Rey, but after a couple of listens, the combo is so believable it almost surprises me. What attracts me most to this song is how the different genres combine together so effortlessly and creates a song that is relevant in where music is headed today but still encompasses that classic Biggie swagger we all know and love.
