Why do we like this?

East Bay in the house. Rapper/producer Mylo Mu is studying African American studies at UC Berkeley and crafting purposeful hip-hop, like new joint "Frida Mayhlo."

Inspired by Frida Kahlo’s Self-Portrait Dedicated to Leon Trotsky and co-produced by K. Solar, the track is equal parts internal exploration and external impression. It's got a strong Mick Jenkins vibe, which gives me hope that Mylo's got a bright future ahead of him.
