Why do we like this?

Going through some old emails, playing catch up, and I found this gem that I slipped up on from two months ago. This Moglebaum record has such a unique essence to it that I haven't heard from future bass or other electronic pop tracks.

The juxtaposition of the vocals, sax and the sound design of the modern bass remind me of what it would sound like if Flume, Ibeyi and Brasstracks would sound like if they teamed up. The reverse effect on the percussion really adds a nice flavor to the mix, as well.
