Sounds like:
Eliphino,
Francis Harris,
Bodhi,
Dusky
Why do we like this?
Sweat drops dripping on steel drums; a thirsty dog drooling in the dish; old tin cans on the fence post ringing out a melody during a long awaiting rain. This track really has the ability to travel around the world, in any scene, wherever sweat and rain are falling.
Pretty strange description, I know, but this Maya Jane Coles remix by Matthew Herbert is equally as "out there."
Herbert puts a brand new spin on "Senseless," which made its deep house debut on Coles' Focus Now EP. While both really sound like a fresh rain to me, Herbert's paired for the heat. Rain in heat? Completely senseless.
The Senseless remix will appear on 2020 Vision's Content, the upcoming 20th anniversary compilation, out on June 30.
