Why do we like this?

I don't know who Leona Lewis is. Am I supposed to? I bet you do and you're thinking: aren't you the music expert? Clearly not. I write music reviews, which is totally different.

Pretend I'm the punter hearing something for the first time. It's my job to tell you what that experience is like in hopes it will resonate with you and make you want to keep listening.

OK, it's also my job to be throrough, so -- googling Leona -- yes, suspicions confirmed -- she's a found-by-Cowell British pop star. Now, what do I think of this DEVolution remix of "I Am" by Miss Leona Lewis? I think it's very cool.

I'm a DEVolution fan so of course I'm going to tell you that they've really done Lewis justice with their garage, pop house edit. "I Am" is the title track of Lewis's official album (release pegged for September of 2015) and all bets on DEVolution will be my favorite part of it.
