Why do we like this?
English songstress Laura Mvula has her cheeky and soulful anthem "That's Alright" re-imagined by French collective Griefjoy.
What I enjoyed most about the original was the bouncy beat, which painted a picture of hip and mischievous monkeys from The Jungle Book. By contrast, this remix is supercharged with a funky, electronic synth, and the aforementioned monkeys are sonic aliens beamed down to Earth to teach you a thing or two about dance.
Laura Mvula's debut album Sing To The Moon can be downloaded from iTunes, and the same goes for Griefjoy's Gold Edition.
