Ok, I kiiiiinda hate myself for posting this track. I am admittedly not a fan of the indie pop, H&M repping star. Today, I find myself perpetuating the very artist that I am hoping will fade into the abyss that is the Internet.
The problem is that James Lavelle (of the notable duo UNKLE) made a fantastic remix of LDR's September release "Ride," and Interscope Records just had to upload it to their SoundCloud. The track is infinitely deep and calmly dark, and Lavelle overlays LDR's vocals in just the right manner to accompany the swirling electronic beat. Seeing as this is from someone who brought the world "Lonely Soul," it's not surprising this track sparkles just so.
