Why do we like this?

Another song off Lana Del Rey's upcoming album Ultraviolence, and this time my words will be slightly more positive.

While "Brooklyn Baby" carries a nice melody, the most important fact is that it doesn't make me want to slit my wrists. Sure -- it's still quite downtempo -- but the key seems far more engaging.

Top that off with male vocals that appear about 5 minutes in, and you've got yourself a recipe for something vaguely *different*. Nice one, Lana!
