Why do we like this?
Despite La Roux"˜ "Bulletproof" being available for over a year now (the self-titled album that birthed it first dropped in June of '09 in the UK), we've yet to tire of the track's Super Mario Bros. digi-pop perk and Elly Jackson's iced over assurance to not be jerked over so easily again.

Of course, much of this as to do with the many remixes and covers it has spawned (not to mention the song's recent U.S. Top 40 gains making it even more inescapable), but still"¦it's saying something that "Bulletproof" is still an exciting jam all these months and months later. -Mixtape Maestro
