Why do we like this?
It seems that Indie Shuffle favorite Koreless has been busy over the past few months, firstly with his Short Stories project, then his Foals remix, and now the announcement of a new EP, entitled Yugen, accompanied by the release of the track "Sun."
Clocking in at nearly seven minutes, "Sun" sees a change of direction for Koreless. Rather than the deftly cut vocals and soft chords is something a whole lot more "epic," if you will, almost orchestral but almost beatless and ambient.
It's been said that "Sun" will be the start to every DJ set from now on, and perhaps that's the best way to sum up Koreless' latest work.
