I literally cannot remember the last mashup I posted or even listened to, but this one from Break Science hits the spot.
You know what else hits the spot? Seeing Tycho play right before Alt-J at the Greek Theater in Berkeley, CA. I feel like I always associate Tycho with chilling out and kicking my feet up, but their live sets generate anything but that. For me, their sets are visually appealing and bring a rather upbeat, groovy nature to the surroundings. Point being: it's not boring, and I don't have my feet kicked up.
Such was the case when the fellows opened for Alt-J -- what a combo! The crowd was massively attentive, bouncing along from vibe to vibe. Scott Hansen expressed his gratitude many times in front of the home crowd, which made the evening that more intimate.
Tycho just released their summer tour dates, so if you see a tour stop near you then I'd suggest you go chill with them, or dance.
