Why do we like this?
Talk about refreshingly simple. This track is by a producer that calls himself Joe. I'm not even gonna attempt to search that, so sorry ahead of time for the lack of artist info.
What I do know is that "R.E.J. Bit" dropped via Hemlock Recordings, a UK based label. Judging by their other experimental, dirty techno artists like Untold and Randomer (not my thing,) I'm going to guess that Joe is kind of the wild card. Though he's experimental and unpredictable as well, his stuff is chilled out funk type jams as opposed to high anxiety, crazed noise -- to each his own. My own prefers the former.
"R.E.J. Bit" feels something like lucid dreaming, or a moment of clarity when the complexity of the world suddenly feels like a totally solvable equation. However you read into it, I hope this track is enjoyable for you as well.
