Why do we like this?
Azhee recently relesed this bass-heavy remix of Jennifer Lopez's "Live It Up," featuring Pitbull. The track is definitely more mainstream, and at times a bit too pedestrian for my taste, but the tune is worthy of being shared, streamed, and downloaded.
In an era where the remix is the DJ's business card, Ahzee spent the extra penny for raised print and rounded edges. Let me tell you, it was money well spent, because every time I listen to this track I am instantly teleported to a festival in Vegas or Randell's Island, New York.
Ahzee may have a mainstream approach, but he's still able to distinguish his niche sound from the rest of the EDM community.
