Why do we like this?

When Dr. Dre released Compton, music writers were quick to point out the difference between beatmakers and producers. Beatmakers make beats. Producers orchestrate, piecing scenes together to create something more grandiose than a beat.

"Veins," the debut single from electronic / hip-hop outfit HUNTR, is an aggressive reminder that Dre isn't the only one aiming to transform hip-hop into cinema. From the resounding strings to that echoing hook of "we are not the same," I'm convinced HUNTR have hit their target.
