Why do we like this?
I embarked on this review with plans to review the album version of Grizfolk's "The Struggle," but was intrigued to find this gem embedded in SoundCloud. RAC puts a divine spin on all the sounds, so why not go ahead and feature this mix?
Grizfolk, a five-piece act with roots in America and Sweden, sounds just fine on their own. I appreciate their catchy electro-pop and synth parade. But in this version, RAC drenches the band in their signature honey sound, folding in intriguing echoes and thoughtful lyrical loops.
