Why do we like this?

Well this one caught me by surprise: a deep house remix of Green Day's "Boulevard of Broken Dreams."  

Originally released back in 2004, this track has received a face lift from the Turkish artist Aytac Kart. While you would think this remix shouldn't work, it actually comes together quite nice.
