If you though Kanye West's Good Fridays were impressive, you're about to be blown away by Ghost Loft. Since February 1st, the L.A. electronic artist has been churning out new demos every single day. With this rapid-fire approach, he is able to show off his dextrous production skills while creating a buzz amongst ravenous fans.
The collection features a plethora of dreamy melodies, glittering synths and billowy vocal samples. Given the sheer volume of tracks he's released this month, it's striking to see they are well polished and represent a wide array of genres.
"Daily Demo 21" immediately struck me as having a radio-worthy R&B sound reminiscent of TLC. Upon further investigation, I found the vocal sample used in this track is "Almost Doesn't Count" by Brandy. 90's nostalgia for the win!
