Why do we like this?

Throwback Thursday? Flashback Friday? Perhaps that makes this "Memory Lane Monday"? Either way, there's a shortage of good new music today, and our Editor Hannah suggested that I feature Feist's "1234." Why not?

Surprisingly, only six years have passed since Leslie Feist released this song on her album The Reminder. I guess the reason it feels older for me is that it rose to fame after its use in an iPod nano commercial -- and that piece of technology seems hella archaic. Turns out my brain's got this one all wrong...
