Why do we like this?
Four Tet has always had an ear for a slightly more surprising collaboration, having gone b2b with Skrillex, and previously sampled Cheryl Cole. Now he's decided to remix Eric Prydz.
It first came about when Four Tet said on Twitter he wanted to, and now we have his version of Prydz's suitably epic "Opus." He allows the original to do most of the work, keeping the structure -- three minute breakdown included -- while adding in his own slightly more restrained drum track. It's certainly the tranciest thing we've ever seen from Kieran Hebden.
