Cruiser began as a solo project fronted by Andy States, who made his debut with a 6-song EP back in 2012. His songs quickly attracted the attention of three friends, who helped Andy bring the music from his bedroom to the stage.
A year later, these four musicians have bonded to collectively become Cruiser, and "Kidnap Me" serves as the first direct product of that collaboration.
The song is an upbeat surf-rock experience that might pull at the heartstrings of Foster The People fans. Come to think of it, for a band based out of Philly, these guys sure have a California Coast feel to their music!
