Canopy Climbers have become a bit of a fixture here on Indie Shuffle, and with good reason. Their newest EP, Blindfold, has found the band reaching out into new directions focusing on synthesizers and trying out some new musical approaches. This is especially true with their latest track "Secret."
Featuring the hip-hop inspired vocals of Jasper, "Secret," finds the band continuing to reach new heights and continue to grow an ever-increasing fanbase with a super groovy drum beat being layered over sythns and guitar. There is definitely an air of hip-hop influence throughout the track, which lays the perfect frame for the verse from Jasper, proving that Canopy Climbers aren't afraid to try something new.
