Why do we like this?

Boys Age's "Tipsy Dance" is the perfect encapsulation of today's off-filter "slacker pop" genre.

Often imitated, rarely duplicated, Boys Age is the exception. The track features peculiar tuning that the kiddos these days love but this time it's complimented by sticky sweet chord progressions and harmonious vocals. It's hard to deny the infectiousness.
