Why do we like this?

I'm supposed to practicing my DJ set for a gig tomorrow. I'm not practicing. Instead, I'm listening to this Beat Connection remix by Magic Sword and feeling compelled to write about it.

"Hesitation" is like a modern disco house third cousin of MJ's "Thriller." I'm not sure why I feel this way, there's just something very subtle about it. Maybe I can see zombies dancing in glittery track suits during the break. Who knows, but I like it.

I've never heard of Magic Sword, or anything this modern out of Boise, Idaho, but I'm digging how the outro of "Hesitation" sounds like Zelda in 3D. I'm not sure what that means either, but it makes sense, doesn't it? It certainly would to Magic Sword, I'm sure of it.

Anyway, this baby is free for download, so snag it and enjoy, and if you have the means to speed this track up a few notches... O.M.G.
