Why do we like this?

I was skeptical when this song started. The lo-fi vocals sounded a bit like bedroom pop, and I wasn't expecting a whole lot more to follow.

Fortunately the instrumental production kept me around. And damn, was it worth it. While the vocals still fall a little flat for me, it's the rest of the track that pulls this together and makes it absolutely worth sharing.
