Why do we like this?

So I'm only a cool one year late to hear this track, but better late than never. 

a l l i e and her favored producer 2nd Son provide the goods on this attitude packed soul track. Impressive as a l l i e is on "Cross My Mind," the young vocalist also lends her voice to artists such as ESTA and Elaquent.

2nd Son and a l l i e seem like the perfect duo to me, which is even more evident after having listened to their Strange Creature EP. "Cross My Mind" may be the standout track, but it doesn't take away from the quality of the other three songs on the EP.
